Situated directly on the shore of Northern Lake Champlain, the Thomas Mott B&B was a dairy farm built in 1838. All four guest rooms have private baths and afford picturesque lake views. Decorated in English country cottage, our B&B maintains a refined but rustic atmosphere. Wide pine floors, open beams, fireplaces and stenciling blend to create a casual yet elegant atmosphere. Sitting on the sun porch, the deck or in the gazebo will mesmerize you with views of the lake, islands and the Green Mountains.

Fine dining as well as casual fare is available in several area restaurants. Many of our guests who arrive by bicycle prefer to have a home-style dinner at our B&B. Arrangements can be made with advance notice.

The Thomas Mott Homestead Bed and Breakfast is a great spot for your vacation "base of operations." Antique shops and country stores abound for treasure hunting and shopping. We offer lodging less than one hour from Burlington and Shelburne, VT, Montreal, Jay Peak ski area and even the Adirondack Mountains of upper New York State.
