The Fastest Way
Take Vermont Interstate 89 North to the Swanton exit and follow the signs to State Route 78 West. Follow 78 West across the Swanton Bridge towards Alburg. Turn South at the Thomas Mott Bed and Breakfast sign and drive straight to the end of Blue Rock Road where you will see the white farmhouse and rustic barn. Our sign will be at the beginning of the circle drive, across from the large maple tree.
The Scenic Route (approximately 10 minutes longer)
Take I-89 North to State Highway 2 West through the Lake Champlain Islands. At the junction of State Highway 2 and 78 East in Alburg (a blinking light), turn right on 78 East and proceed to the Thomas Mott Bed and Breakfast sign. Turn South (to the right) and proceed straight to farmhouse on the lake.
From Montreal through New York State
Canada Route 15 South through Customs to Highway U.S. 87 (Rouses Point off Ramp). East on Route 11 through Rouses Point to Vermont, exit over bridge to Highway 2. Continue on Route 2 through Alburg to Junction of 78 (blinking light at crossroads). Turn left toward Swanton on Highway 78 and proceed 1.5 miles to the Thomas Mott Bed & Breakfast sign. Turn South (to the right) and go to the 1838 farmhouse at end of the road.
